Axel “Axe” Arzola is a Cuban-American director, producer, and entrepreneur known for his striking visual style and powerful storytelling across film, branded content, and digital media.

His work includes the feature documentaries Literary Ink (2020), Done With Mirrors (2020), and the short The Remembering (2017), as well as dozens of narrative, commercial, and social media projects for global clients.

PRESIDENT

Carlos Jesus “CJ” Martinez is a director, known for Rescue (2023).

CJ grew up in Habana, Cuba. In 2022 he fled to the US and directed his first short film. Since then he has worked on several documentaries, music videos and high profile podcast shows.

PRODUCER

Ivette Valdés Rivero is a visionary creative producer from Cuba, with a lifelong passion for the arts. She has produced 50+ awarded audiovisual works, including films, documentaries, and music videos. Her foundation is rooted in over five years as a theater stage manager, managing the complex logistics of real-time shows.

She has dedicated four years to radio and television production, alongside five years managing digital content for global brands and artists. Ivette finds fulfillment in the alchemy of production: guiding an idea from concept to public unveiling. Believing production is the vital vessel for artistic ideas to move the world, she approaches every project with a relentless drive for excellence.

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

Originally from Baltimore and raised in a family filled with doctors and lawyers, he stands out as the only one who pursued a creative career path. Backed with a degree in Information Technology , he blends technical expertise with artistic visions in his works.

Fluent in the language of professionalism, credibility and trust that define those fields, as an actor, he is able to translate those qualities into striking visual storytelling. His experiences working in medical facilities combined with his marketing roles in healthcare, allows him to bridge a gap between providers and their clientele.

As a producer, he is able to showcase the facilities expertise, relatability, and memorability in the most authentic way.

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

Crista Silen has built her career on two pillars: industry expertise and meaningful connection.  With years of experience in the medical device space, she brings strategic insight, commercial awareness, and a strong understanding of market dynamics.  She thrives in growth-oriented environments where innovation, positioning, and execution intersect.

Raised in the South, now residing in the NYC Metro area.  She believes sustainable success is built through authentic partnerships, thoughtful communication, and consistent follow-through.

Rustam Mirzayev is a soviet marketing director with a background consisting of kick-boxing and high level math.

He has an undefeated K1 record and has strong experience across multiple fields such as sales, video editing, marketing strategy and more.

For the past 5 years he’s been working behind the scenes with some of the largest names online.

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

With 10 years of experience in health care, MJ combines his attention to detail with group dynamics to move projects forward.

MJ supports to the production and post-production teams, handles project management and operations.

Garv Vaishnav is a next generation content strategist who combines deep knowledge of audience psychology with a sharp understanding of how digital algorithms work. Specializing in social media growth and editing, he creates strategies that not only capture attention but also convert it into long-term engagement. With an instinct for trends and a professional approach to execution, Garv helps creators and brands scale their presence with impact and consistency.

Heather Gingrich is a Michigan-based developer and designer with over a decade of experience creating stunning digital experiences. As a Jill of all trades, she specializes in a wide range of services including SEO, digital marketing, graphic design, and web development, with a particular passion for building and optimizing WordPress sites.

With over 10 years of experience in customer success, Heather has built strong relationships with clients across the U.S. and even in Australia. She previously led a team of designers for four years, and her leadership and technical skills make her an invaluable asset to any team she joins. As a dedicated mother, she pours her heart into everything she does, ensuring that every project she touches is a testament to her hard work and expertise.
